Monday -
6:00 pm WOW (Women on Wheels) ride. All welcome but be ready to roll out at 6 sharp. Click here for more WOW ride info. Cross Creek Country Club pool

Tuesday - 6:00 pm Mountain bike ride. Fisher River Park, Dobson, NC

Tuesday - 6:00 pm A 30-40 mile hard training ride, averaging 18-20 mph, including at least one mountain climb. Jackson’s Insurance Agency. Map

Wednesday - 6:00 pm WOW (Women on Wheels) ride. All welcome but be ready to roll out at 6 sharp. Click here for more WOW ride info. Cross Creek Country Club pool

Thursdays - 6:00 pm Mountain bike ride. Westwood Park, Mt. Airy, NC

Thursday - 6:00 pm A 30-40 mile hard training ride, averaging 18-20 mph, including at least one mountain climb. Jackson’s Insurance Agency. Map

Sunday - 2:00 pm Moderate pace and riders will regroup at various points along the way. Length tends to be about 30 to 40 miles and may include a mountain climb. Grace Moravian Church located at 1401 North Main Street. Meet in the parking area beside the church on Wrenn Avenue. Map
