Carolina Heritage organic winery

Organically raised and handpicked, Carolina Heritage Winery offers a variety of muscadines and hybrid American grapes to produce high-quality, organic wines. Carolina Heritage is North Carolina’s first -- USEDA-certified winery. The winery also produces fruit wines along with mead. The winery is open Saturdays and Sundays, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment. Carolina Heritage Winery is located on N.C. 268, three miles east of Elkin.
