Our 2nd annual Moonlight Dinner theme is Cork & Pork - Asian Style! and features music by Caroline Beverley & Gap Civil. Chef Jeff Taylor of Liberty Catering company has created a twist on BBQ with locally sourced pork from our neighbor Ridenour Ranch and lettuces from Greenhouse Towers ! With the Full Moon on Thursday, October 1st, the setting will be perfectly delightful for an outdoor dinner. If you prefer to dine inside that can be arranged as well.
