Join us for a special afternoon as we explore selections from our library wine collection and discover how a wine’s character evolves over time.

During this guided tasting experience, we will take a deep dive into how weather, aging, and winemaking techniques influence structure, complexity, and flavor development. Featured wines include:

• 2017 Malbec
• 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
• 2018 Claret
• 2014 Port

Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with chef-selected cheeses designed to complement and enhance the unique qualities of every vintage.

This event begins promptly at 2:00 PM on April 11 and will be held in our intimate Barrel Cave. Please arrive early to The Tasting Room to check in.

If you need to cancel, we request notice at least one week in advance to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued after this deadline.
