This immersive experience begins with a wine cocktail class in our Barrel Work Room, offering a hands-on introduction to the versatility and elegance of sparkling wine. You will then join Winemaker Ethan Brown for an engaging informational session, where he will share insight into the meticulous craftsmanship and passion that go into each bottle. From vineyard to cellar, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the sparkling wine production process and what makes our offerings truly exceptional.
Following the session, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course lunch at The Farm House. Each dish, crafted from locally sourced ingredients, is expertly paired with our wines to create a harmonious dining experience that highlights both flavor and technique.
